Health Insurance offered by XSI Insurance.
We highly recommend all players getting this insurance, even if you already
have health insurance. It is about $17-$26 (depending on chosen coverage)
per month for an individual and it will cover anything that is not covered
by your regular insurance. The miniscual $17 is definitely worth it when considering
any type of serious or even minor injury can end up being very expensive,
considering co-pays, deductibles, etc. They offer discounts for more than
one person and you can carry it month to month, for the season or year round.

Total Number of Registered Teams Last Fall: 110 Teams
(68 5 on 5; 42 8 on 8). We will have A, B, C & D divisions
in 5 on 5 and A, B, & C divisions in 8 on 8.
Field location: West Jordan Middle School (7550 S. Redwood
Road)
SCHEDULING
NOTES: Every
Sunday Steve will create the schedule for the upcoming Saturday through that
next Thursday. Any scheduling requests need to be submitted by NO
LATER than Sunday at 10 AM. You can make scheduling requests at the
games on Saturdays or by sending Steve an email to ufa@mindspring.com.
You may also call or text me at 801-541-0824, but it needs to be before Sunday
for requests for the following Saturday through Thursday. Once
it's posted it is not feasible to change it due to a variety of factors.
The
schedule is created each week, with numerous behind-the-scenes factors, such
as making sure we don't have too many refs playing at the same times, trying
to schedule around all the players who play on multiple teams to try to avoid
having their various teams playing at the same time, etc. etc. etc. Please
try to be as flexible as possible (especially later in the season as we approach
and start the playoffs). I'm usually able to accommodate specific requests
each week (but again, you must get the request in before Sunday) and then
I also do my best to accommodate general preferences, but it becomes impossible
to adhere to every general day or time preference simply because we have 100+
teams with 100+ different preferences and I can only schedule so many games
at once, Thanks for your patience, understanding, and participation in our
league.

GAME TIME IS FORFEIT TIME. Please have your players arrive
early and be ready to play at gametime.
